ALTERED JACOB TWILIGHT LETTER

 Here is the altered letter my daughter got in her swap at Crafthappens.ning.com.  SHE LOVES IT!  She is obviously Team Jacob and her partner Karla did a fantastic job!!!  

 Here is an altered wooden letter K (her partner is Karla) that my daughter Amanda did for her partner for the letter swap on Crafthappens.ning.com.  She put the Cullen crest, a picture of Edward, some bling up the top and some fun dangling red, black and white charms. 

ALTERED LETTER SWAP Part 2

Here is the altered letter I did for my partner on the  Craft happens swap.  She wanted T for Twilight and her fav. is Edward so i tried to add elements from the movie like Sparkle,the music note paper, the apple, and a few quotes.  I made the flower from a dictonary I got at the dollar store.. I tore out the word "blood " for up top left and the word "vampire" for the bottom flower.  I hope she likes it :) She said she likes flowers, vintage colors and teal, so I tried to incorporate those in too. 

ALTERED LETTER SWAP

Here is a FANTASTIC altered letter "V" for Vampire that Ellen did for me over at CraftHappens.  It was a partner swap and you had to alter a letter in embellishments that reflect your favorite vampire.  I chose V and I chose Edward and she did this awesome project for me!! I will post the one I did for her soon!

TEEN WOLF LAYOUT

 Here is a fun layout I did for my daughter's room.  She likes the  TV series Teen Wolf.  This guy plays "Derek".  He is the alpha ware wolf on the show.  I watched it with her last year in it's 1st year and it was cute, but then this year they grew up and things got a lil crazy.  It's actually not a bad series.  it's a far..far cry from the 1985 movie.. LOL. I used lots from my stash for this and did lots of spraying with Tattered ink spray.  We will add a titile, she is just not sure what she wants it to say yet.

Here is a canvas i did for my daughter. She was getting rid of an old Twilight New Moon Calendar so I stole it out of the trash and decided to do this for her. I actually had started the canvas a while ago on another project and I could never really get it together, so I stripped it down and did this. She LOVES it and can't wait to display it in her room!

IT'S HERE!!! woohoo

Ok, times have definately changed. I spent my Saturday night eating pizza and watching this! LOL. I'm hoping everybody has got out to get their copy of Breaking Dawn part 1! Their is some great acting in this movie I must say. I'ts crazy intense too! The special features on this are fantastic. It goes into the making of the movie and I was extremely impressed at their no holds barred approach to making this movie so great!

What do you think of this? Will it last? Is it all a master plan ? Will they have yet ANOTHER town celebration? LMAO! dun ...dun..dun.. tune in next week I guess. p.s. He's just SO dang hot lol

As the song goes...LOL.. Anyway, here is a card that a friend of mine did for my son who recently broke his collar bone skiing.. UGGGGG. She put the ribbon right in the spot where he broke it...clever she is!!! She most likely found this cut on Silhouette, I actually forgot to ask her. But I though it was the greatest card!! She also gave me one of the bone cuts and I made a card just like this in different colors for the ER peeps at the hospital that were so good to my son.

I got my daughter this calendar for xmas for her room and she happens to like this particular picture, so she hasn't turned it to January 2012 yet.. LOL.. We are SOOO ready for the new episode tomorrow eve... are you????

RIBBON TREE

Here is a ribbon tree my daughter put together last night. She used the silvers and black to match the dark..vampire-ish theme to her bedroom.. I have this posted over at my other blog SerenityScrappers.blogspot.com, but I thought that it would be fitting to post here too! I told her to step it up a notch and add apples, and bats and stuff like that.. lets see if she takes my advice

BREAKING DAWN POSTER

Hello. I'm not sure if I've ever showed this off. This is a poster my friend Dawn printed for my daughter My daughter just absolutely loves this! The quality is amazing, it looks like it's straight from premier night. We're lucky to have such a thoughtful friend and neighbor. FLIP CARD

This is a cool card I learned how to do. It's a flip card. You put it together, then you pull the bottom where the ribbon is and each of the square "flips" up to reveal a message or a picture, or whatever you want. I made this one to thank a fellow vampire-fan friend of mine for something she did to help me out. I forget where i got the tutorial for this, but if you look up flip card on youtube, you're bound to find a good tutorial!
